- お申し込み手続きの完了時に初回分を決済します。以後は同一の課金周期ごとに自動更新し、更新日に決済します。First charge on sign-up, then automatically on each renewal date.
- 役務の提供時期When the service starts
- 決済完了後、ただちにご利用いただけます。Immediately after payment.
- 解約方法How to cancel
- support@yomijapan.com へご連絡ください。有料プランの提供開始時には、アカウント画面から Stripe カスタマーポータルを開き、ご自身で解約いただけるようにします。解約すると次回の更新が停止し、既にお支払いいただいた課金期間の末日までご利用いただけます。Email support@yomijapan.com. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. Full terms: Terms of service.
- 返品・キャンセル（返品特約）Returns and refunds
- デジタルコンテンツの継続的な提供であるため、お客様のご都合による解約の場合、決済後の返金は行いません。日割りでの返金も行いません。当方の責めに帰すべき事由によりサービスを提供できなくなった場合は、未提供期間に相当する額を返金します。No refunds for periods already paid, and no pro-rating. Full terms: Terms of service.
